Jivika Loans is a digital lending platform operated by VARV Technology Private Limited ("VARV", "we", "us") in partnership with Ajivika Finance Limited, an RBI-registered NBFC ("Ajivika Finance"). • Bank statements (last 3 months), salary slips, Form 16

• Pages visited, application status and interaction logs

3. How We Use Your Information

• Processing and evaluating your personal loan application
• Conducting KYC verification as required by applicable law
• Credit assessment and bureau checks with Ajivika Finance Limited
• Disbursing approved loans and managing EMI collections
• Communicating loan status, repayment reminders, and account updates
• Complying with legal, regulatory, and auditing obligations
• Detecting and preventing fraud or unauthorised access

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is shared only in these circumstances:

4.1 With Ajivika Finance Limited

As the licensed NBFC and lender, Ajivika Finance Limited receives your application data and supporting documents to make credit decisions and disburse loans.

4.2 With Credit Information Companies

With your explicit consent, data may be shared with authorised credit bureaus (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, or CRIF) for credit assessment and reporting.

4.3 With Regulatory Authorities

We may disclose information to the RBI, law enforcement, or government authorities as required by law.

4.4 With Technology and Service Partners

Authorised third-party providers for KYC, payment processing, or cloud storage — under strict confidentiality agreements and only to the extent necessary.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored on secure servers within India, in compliance with applicable data localisation requirements. Financial records are retained for a minimum of 8 years from loan closure as mandated by applicable laws. All data is protected with 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption in transit and at rest.

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data held by us
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements
• Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent for processing not mandated by law
